Deposit
(Partial Room Rental)
Following approval of the date for private functions, the person booking the event will be required to pay DEPOSIT to secure that date. If an inquiry to book the same date is received, we will notify you. At that time you will have 24 hours to make your deposit and confirm that date.
Please Know These Deposits are Non-Refundable
Guarantee
A guaranteed number of guests for each function is required TWO WEEKS in advance. A minimum 150 Guest Count for dinner is required for all Saturday functions. Although the guaranteed count may not be reduced, it may be increased up until ONE WEEK prior to the event. If Wildcat does not receive a firm guaranteed count one week prior to the event, the approximate or last count will constitute the guaranteed number. Charges will be assessed for the guaranteed number – the actual attendance or the 150 person minimum, whichever is GREATER. The total bill, including food charges incurred, will be subject to sales tax of 7% and a 18% gratuity.
The total bill, including gratuity and tax, and the balance of room rental is due at the end of the event. Cash, check or credit cards accepted.
